REGISTRATION TERMS
When the exact registration dates are determined, it will be announced on our website. Acceptance letters will be sent to the e-mail addresses of the students who are eligible for placement.
REGISTRATION TERMS
- Final registration will be made between ……/……/………22- ……/……./…..22..
- An invitation letter will be sent to the e-mail addresses of the candidates who are entitled to final registration..
- Students who will study at our university have to obtain a student visa to enter the country if they do not have a residence permit. They can go to the Turkish Embassy/Consulate for a student visa and apply with an acceptance letter issued by Firat University.
- The International Student Registration Form must be filled in completely and 3 copies must be printed out. (Form)
- Exam Result Document (It must be approved by the verification code in the document or the institution it received.)
- Placement Result Document
- The original of the high school diploma and a certified copy of its Turkish translation from the notary public or the Turkish Embassy/Consulate
- Original copy of transcript and certified copy of Turkish translation from notary public or Turkish Embassy/Consulate
- Original and photocopy of diploma equivalency certificate (Taken from Provincial Directorates of National Education or Turkish Embassy/Consulate)
- Turkish copy and copy of passport and passport certified by notary public or Turkish Embassy/Consulate
- For those who are citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, they will bring a copy of the Identity Card. For Blue Card holders, they will bring the original and photocopy of the Blue Card.
- From dual nationals who are foreign nationals by birth and later become citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, they will bring a Certificate of Identity Registration Copy.
- Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been paid to the relevant bank (Ziraat Bank) (FORMAL EDUCATION: TR69 0001 0015 6134 7427 3650 96 / SECOND EDUCATION TR42 0001 0015 6134 7427 3650 97

- Turkish Proficiency Certificate (TÖMER Certificate from our University or Yunus Emre Institute Certificate) Those who do not have a Turkish Proficiency Certificate will take the Turkish Proficiency and Placement Exam to be held by our University's Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center. Students who do not have Turkish proficiency will register to TÖMER.)
Actions to be taken after registration:
- If it is determined that the candidate does not meet the application requirements during the application and/or registration and the documents he has submitted are fake, his/her registration will not be made/deleted and all student rights will be cancelled.
- The residence permit to be obtained by applying to the Provincial Immigration Administration and the Foreign National Identity Number must be submitted to the Registrar's Office. (Those who have a residence permit in Türkiye will bring a "Residence Certificate".
- Pursuant to Law No. 6486, students from abroad who do not have a valid social security in Turkey have to apply to the Provincial Directorate of Social Security or Social Security Centers for registration within 3 months from the first registration date to our University, in case they request "General Health Insurance". Otherwise, it is not possible for international students within this scope to be covered by general health insurance again during their education.
- Candidates who do not register on the specified dates will be deemed to have waived their registration rights.
