The results of the 2025 First Placement Period have been announced. Applicants who submitted preferences can download their placement result documents via the application portal: appiso.firat.edu.tr
For applicants residing in Türkiye:

For applicants residing abroad:
📌 Deadline: November 28, 2025
➡️ Registrations will be conducted in person at the Registrar’s Office (Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı) of Fırat University.
➡️ Admission letters will be sent to the email addresses provided during application by the candidates who are eligible for final registration.
Completed International Student Registration Form (must be printed and signed)
Printed and completed Notification & Acknowledgment Form
Valid Exam Result Document (must include verification code or be certified by the issuing institution)
Placement Result Document
Original high school diploma and notarized or consular-approved Turkish translation
Original transcript and notarized or consular-approved Turkish translation
Equivalency Certificate (Required for Turkish citizens who completed high school abroad or at international schools in Türkiye)
Passport (original, Turkish notarized or consular-approved translation, and a photocopy)
National ID copy for Turkish citizens; original and photocopy of Blue Card for Blue Card holders
Official Civil Registration Certificate for dual nationals born as foreign nationals and later acquired Turkish citizenship
Bank receipt showing the tuition fee has been paid to the following account:

One (1) passport-size photograph
General Health Insurance (GSS) Certificate
(Required for all international students who have entered or will enter Türkiye)
Turkish Proficiency Certificate
TÖMER Certificate issued by Fırat University or a certificate from Yunus Emre Institute
Students without such a certificate must take the Turkish Placement and Proficiency Exam conducted by the Turkish Language Teaching Center of the university. Those who fail to meet the proficiency level must enroll in the TÖMER program.
If it is determined that the applicant does not meet the application requirements or has submitted forged documents, their registration will be cancelled, and all student rights will be revoked.
Students must obtain a residence permit from the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management and submit their Foreign National ID Number to the Registrar’s Office.
Students who already have a residence permit in Türkiye must submit a Residence Certificate.
Applicants who fail to register within the specified period will be considered to have forfeited their registration rights.
