Fırat University’s Second Placement Preference Period for 2025 is now open. Candidates may submit their preferences via the application system at appiso.firat.edu.tr.
Each candidate may select up to 10 programs during this preference period.
For the Faculty of Medicine, a minimum score of 90 is required.
No minimum score is applied for other departments.
Candidates who are placed into a program must provide the original and valid versions of the documents they uploaded to the system during the preference process at the time of registration.
If any document is found to be missing or falsified, the registration will be cancelled, and the candidate will lose all enrollment rights.
The following programs are taught in English, and therefore English language proficiency is required for admission:
English Language and Literature (English)
English Language Teaching (English)
Software Engineering (English) – UOLP with Sam Houston State University
➡️ Applicants who are admitted to these programs but do not have valid English proficiency will be required to enroll in the English Preparatory Program.
Students admitted to the Software Engineering (English) – UOLP program will complete the first 2 years at Fırat University, and the last 2 years at Sam Houston State University (USA).
